Hi everyone! My name is Taylor Livsey and I am the Knox Sports fall intern. I am currently a senior studying marketing at the University of Tampa, and a member of a sorority called Sigma Delta Tau. Living in Tampa, Florida these past 3 years has been a dream. I love being able to go to the beach in December, enjoy all the amazing restaurants the city offers, and attend all different kinds of events with my friends!
I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, and if you are unfamiliar with the city, you must know one thing; the people live for their sports teams.
My passion for sports marketing started at a very young age and continues to grow. I grew up learning from and idolizing my dad who was the head of marketing and sales for the Buffalo Bills and Sabres. The glimpses of the“behind the scenes” intrigued me and is constantly motivating me to reach my goal of working in sports marketing.
The moment I found out about Knox Sports Marketing, I couldn’t have been more excited and wanted to start learning immediately. I always thought I wanted to work for a sports team, but learning more about Knox Sports opened my eyes to a whole other side of sports marketing. I knew this was going to be the best way for me to gain knowledge in this field that I know I will carry with me throughout my future career. I’m looking forward to working with their amazing staff and completing the day-to-day tasks. Most importantly, I’m ready to learn everything it takes to be successful in Sports Marketing.
